We offer a range of adult fitness classes in Norfolk and Suffolk in an established local dance studio and leisure centers. All our adult classes are suitable for beginner and experience dancer. We have some Amazing Hen Party Themes coming soon!! and you can choose from and we will work with you, they are in the following AFRO BEAT/CARIBBEAN, DANCE HALL, TWERK, CHEERLEADING,STREET DANCE, BURLESQUE, DANCING ON HEEL.All routines will be choreography and we get every one dancing,having fun while getting fit!! LINDACOSGROVE AFROTWERK HEN DANCE PARTY teach you a dance routine from the dance style There will be lots of opportunities to take photos and have breaks where required and of course the Bride to be will be the centre of attention.We will be sure of a memorable and fun time with the girls.

We can hold your hen party on any day of the week, at a time to suit you in a location close to you .
day or night - morning or afternoons 9am -9pm
Price
From £200 + cost of the venue normally £20 for a 1hr session which includes props,10 people and our maximum group size is 35 which will be charge at £19pp , and also a non refundable deposit of £50 to secure your booking and the remaining balance is due 1month before.Payments can be made by cheque, or bank Transfers or PayPal .
We are happy to take pictures or videos and you can dance your routine on the day of the wedding.
